Greater Chicagoland

Our practice was founded with a dual mission.

Offer an evidence-based, holistic and transformative approach to childhood development that empowers both the child and caregiver, leading to long-lasting improved relationships, participation in everyday activities, and more joy.

Provide therapy professionals with an inclusive and supportive work environment that honors each individual, promotes personal growth, and offers life balance.

We prioritize the wellbeing of our staff. We know that burnout is all too common in our industry, and we do what we can to mitigate the frustrations of the job. At Adaptations, all therapists enjoy the flexibility of making their own schedule, in their own service area. We provide comprehensive mentorship and continuing education opportunities to foster ongoing learning. We optimize our systems for efficient paperwork. Lastly, we have a bonus structure in place to ensure that everyone is compensated when they go above and beyond.

If you are excited to provide attuned, compassionate care to children and their families, inside a supportive work environment, we would love for you to apply.

Women Led, Women Owned.

Our team strives to be a source of positivity in pediatrics. We believe that working in the natural environment leads to lasting change for families and children. We know that this work can feel isolating at times, so we have dedicated time each week for our all female leadership team to field phone calls and provide in-person support. We offer weekly opportunities to collaborate as a group and quarterly in-person events to build connections and have fun together.

We streamline our processes to the best of our ability, and have a great admin and biller in place to support our therapists in addition to our mentors. Each therapist is equipped with devices to make documentation as effortless as possible.

We are currently hiring:
- Occupational Therapists
- Speech Language Pathologists
